Colin Moorhead

Executive Chairman

B.Sc (Hons) FAusIMM (CP) GAICD

Mr Moorhead is an experienced industry executive with a demonstrated track record of over three decades building value in mining companies through innovation, discovery, project development and safe, efficient operations. Colin has extensive experience in development and financing significant mining projects internationally. He also has experience with global mining operations as well as experience in successful mergers & acquisitions.

A geologist by training, Colin is known for strong leadership, strategy and execution that saw him rise through the ranks from a graduate with BHP in 1987 to an executive level manager responsible for global exploration and resource development at Newcrest Mining from 2008 to 2015, a period of significant growth for the company. Colin has significant relevant experience as CEO of emerging Indonesian listed producer PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, where he built and led the team that constructed and commissioned the highly successful Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine. Colin is a Fellow, Chartered Professional and  Immediate Past President of AUSIMM, a graduate of AICD and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP).

Misha A Collins, CFA

Non Executive Director

Mr Collins has 23 years of experience in resources as a mining executive, financial analyst, and company director, including time with BHP, Bankers Trust / BT Funds Management, ING Australia and Aims Asset Management. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Cassidy Gold Corporation and has acted as adviser to several significant debt and equity transactions in the gold mining industry.

Mr Collins was a Non-Executive Director of ASX Listed Ask Funding from 2010 to 2015 and has been Non-Executive Director of Sihayo Gold since 2008. He is also a non-executive director of ASX listed Rimfire Pacific Mining NL.

Mr Collins holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy, graduating with First Class Honours from the RMIT University, a Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Mr Collins has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Gavin Caudle

Non Executive Director

Mr Caudle is a Director of Provident Minerals Limited and has over 30 years experience in the finance and investment sectors in Australia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Starting his career at Arthur Andersen Australia, he eventually became a partner based in the Jakarta office. He joined Citigroup in 1998 and held positions as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Head of Private Equity at Citigroup and Country Head of the Investment Bank at Salomon Smith Barney.

Since 2003, together with his partners, Mr Caudle has developed numerous successful businesses including Tower Bersama Group (a telecommunications infrastructure business), Provident Agro (a plantation business) and Merdeka Copper Gold with assets valued at more than $3 billion today.

Mr Caudle and his partners bring substantial expertise in dealing with all business aspects in Indonesia. Mr Caudle brings to Sihayo his track record of raising more than US$2 billion of senior, mezzanine and equity capital over the past seven years; expertise in dealing with forestry issues through the ownership of a substantial plantation business and close relationships with key political figures whilst maintaining neutrality.

Daryl Corp

Non Executive Director

Mr. Corp is a senior mining executive with over 40 years’ experience in the minerals industry in a wide range of both corporate and operational roles. This has involved base metals, iron ore and precious metals projects and operations, both in Australia and offshore.

Mr. Corp commenced his career as a graduate mining engineer in Broken Hill before joining Newcrest Mining Limited, progressing from technical roles to more senior roles where he developed broader corporate skills. Mr. Corp held a range of positions at Newcrest including Transformation Executive – Business Development, General Manager – Executive Committee Co-ordination and Projects, Head of Ore Reserves Governance, General Manager – Corporate Affairs, and Manager – Business Development.

Mr. Corp managed feasibility studies for several underground gold mine developments as well as initial studies for both the Cadia Hill and Ridgeway mines. Mr. Corp was responsible for delivering permits required for development of the Gosowong Gold Mine in Indonesia, remaining with the project as Project Manager – Mining during the construction and early operations at Gosowong.

Mr. Corp holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma in Geoscience from Macquarie University. Mr. Corp is a Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Roderick Crowther

Roderick Crowther, CFA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Crowther has gained significant corporate finance experience in the mining sector through a variety of roles in investment banking, private equity and corporate business development. His most recent role was at Newcrest Mining where he executed a number of acquisitions and divestments as part of the Business Development team. Prior to this Rod held roles at EMR Capital, Azure Capital and JP Morgan.

Rod holds Bachelor degrees with honours in both engineering and commerce from the University of Queensland and a Masters of Mining Engineering from UNSW. Rod is also a CFA Charter holder.

Susan Park

Company Secretary

Ms Park has over 24 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience in company secretarial and non-executive director roles with ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is currently Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies.

Ms Park is the person appointed under Listing Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.

Ghanis Kurnady

External Relation Director (PT Sorikmas Mining)

Mr. Kurnady has more than 25 years of experience in mining industries including 15 years of managing External Relation activities (Government, Permitting, Community and NGO) and its issues at all levels include Contract of Work.

He has also been involved in engineering and equipment installation at the nickel mining and process plant at PT International Nickel Indonesia (PT. Inco) located at Soroako, South Sulawesi.

He is a member of Indonesian Association of Mining Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

Zainur Arifin

Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT PT Sorikmas Mining)

Mr. Arifin holds a Bachelor in Geology Science with 25 years experience in geology mapping, regional geochemistry, project geologist, underground mapping and surface mapping.

His experience brought him to explore Indonesia from Sumatra to East Timor and he had a chance to get involve in uranium exploration in Malawi, South Africa. He is part of the team in discovery of the Sihayo deposit. And spent a lot of time handling community relation in 1996 - 2010 in all the villages within PT Sorikmas Mining Contract of Work area.

Mr. Arifin became 'Kepala Teknik Tambang' from 2008.
